Welcome to Orpheus Medical Application (the "Application"), by Orpheus Medical Ltd.
By installing and using the Application you hereby acknowledge and agree with this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy describes Orpheus' policies and procedures on the collection, use and disclosure of information in connection with use of the Application.
The terms "Orpheus" and "we" when used in this Privacy Policy mean Orpheus Medical Ltd., which includes all its subsidiaries, divisions, branches, and affiliates.
The term "Hospital" means the hospital or medical center installing and using the Application on its servers and systems. The term "user" means any user of the Application, including (i) users using the Application on the Hospital's systems and devices, including Hospital's computers, tablets, and laptops, and (ii) users using the Application through mobile devices.
The Application is installed on the Hospital's servers, for use on the Hospital's devices and the users' devices. Use of the Application is subject to the Hospital's security and credential policy. Any user using the Application declares that he/she has all the necessary credentials and authorizations by the Hospital and under applicable law to access and use the Hospital's systems and devices, to use the Application and access, transfer, view and otherwise use the information collected or transferred through the Application.
Information We Collect and Use
We do not collect or store information with regards to use of the Application such as: (1) information users are required to provide during the process of registration to the Application (such as name, phone No., email address, user name and password); and (2) “location data,” which may include GPS coordinates (e.g. latitude and/or longitude) or similar information regarding the location of the mobile device through which users use the Application, all of which is collected and stored on the system of the Hospital servers, and not on our system or servers. Orpheus does not store any information on its servers. We may, occasionally, access the Hospital's servers for maintenance and support, in which case we will have access to data. However, we will not collect or store any information in the framework of such maintenance and support.
We do not access, collect or store contacts lists, IP address or photo library on the Hospital's servers or the Hospital's or users' devices.
We do not access, collect or store images taken by users through the Application which are automatically transferred to the Hospital's servers and devices.
The Application may use cookies to save login history. User may elect not to allow the Application to save login history through the use of cookies at any time.
We may collect non-identifiable information regarding use patterns of the Application. This information will not identify any User or any patient personally. Non-identifiable information may be used for analysis purposes in order to constantly improve and maintain our Services, including among others, for ensuring the technical functioning of our network, to help prevent fraudulent use of our services and for developing new services.
We may share non-identifiable, aggregate information regarding usage of the Application with our affiliates, partners and advertisers. From time to time, we may release non-identifiable information in the aggregate, e.g., by publishing a report on trends in the Application's usage.
Children’s and Minors' Privacy
Orpheus does not knowingly collect or solicit personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 18. Personally identifiable information and images taken by users through the Application of or regarding persons under 18 of age are automatically transferred to the Hospital's servers and devices and are not collected or retained by us in any way. The Application is not intended for use by persons under 18 of age. However, persons under 18 of age may have access to the Application in accordance with the Hospital's policies.
Protection of Data
The Application and any data collected or transferred through the Application is stored in the Hospital's servers and is therefore subject to the Hospital's security measures for data protection. Orpheus shall not be liable for any liability or damages whatsoever caused by unauthorized access to data collected or transferred through the Application on the Hospital's servers or systems.
Changes to Our Privacy Policy
We reserve the right to modify or amend this Privacy Policy at any time and for any reason. Updates to the Privacy Policy will be posted in the Application and will be effective when they are posted on the Application.
